Software for critical operations.
One product for each of our six capabilities. None of them are on general sale yet.
Consulting fixes the operation once. Software holds the fix in place after we leave. Relay and Core are in active build; the other four start when a design partner signs. If you want this software, the way in today is to help build it — and to be running it before anyone else can buy it.
Six products. One clear line.
Each product solves a problem an operations leader can name without being prompted. They stand alone, they share one platform, and they get more useful together — but nothing here requires buying the whole set to work.
Clearline Relay
Shift handover and critical-message control that leaves a record.
See the product →Clearline Sentinel
From near-miss to closed corrective action, with nothing lost in between.
See the product →Clearline Core
Turn any paper form into a controlled digital workflow — without hiring a developer.
See the product →Clearline Ledger
Know what's on site, who has it, and what it's costing you to sit there.
See the product →Clearline Certus
Every worker on site qualified, current, and provable — including the contractors.
See the product →Clearline Insight
Your own procedures, incidents, and records — answerable in plain English, with the source attached.
See the product →Clearline Core is the floor everything stands on.
Relay, Sentinel, Ledger, and Certus are all built on the same forms, routing, signature, and audit engine. That means one login, one audit trail, one set of permissions, and one place your data lives — and it means your team can build the next form themselves instead of buying a seventh product.
Start anywhere
Most sites start with the one product that solves their loudest problem. Nothing about that decision locks the others out or makes them cost more later.
Add without migrating
Adding a second product does not mean a second implementation. The users, sites, roles, and org structure are already configured.
Build your own on top
Core is licensed as a platform, not a closed app. Your team configures the forms and workflows we never thought to build.
What exists, what is being built, and what it costs.
Most software companies would not publish this table. We would rather you knew exactly what you are buying into — a product being built around real operations, with the first sites shaping it — than discover it on the third call.
| Product | Capability | Where it stands | Design partner | Planned list |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Clearline Relay | Communications | In active build | $20,000 | $24,000 / yr |
| Clearline Sentinel | Safety & Operations | Design partner program open | $22,000 | $28,000 / yr |
| Clearline Core | Software & Systems | In active build | $25,000 | $36,000 / yr |
| Clearline Ledger | Logistics | Design partner program open | $18,000 | $22,000 / yr |
| Clearline Certus | Training | Design partner program open | $20,000 | $26,000 / yr |
| Clearline Insight | Applied AI | Design partner program open | $30,000 | $42,000 / yr |
The design-partner fee is one-time and includes the build around your site, implementation, and the first twelve months of license. Renewal is locked at that rate for three years. A second product for the same site is half fee, because the platform underneath is already built.
Planned list is what it will cost when it opens. Published so you can budget against it, not because you can buy it today. Those figures will be confirmed before general availability, and design partners are insulated from them either way.
Suite pricing — roughly 45% off the a la carte total for multiple products on one site — applies at general availability.
A fixed fee and an end date, not an open-ended program.
Industrial software has a reputation for eighteen-month implementations that never reach the field. A design partnership is the opposite: a written scope, a fixed fee, a date it ends, and your data in your hands whatever happens.
One call about your operation
Thirty minutes, no deck. If what you have is not the problem this software solves, we say so and you have lost half an hour.
Configure on your work
We build it around your forms, your areas, your roles, and your existing records — not a demo environment that looks nothing like your site.
Run it live with real crews
Real shifts, real data, and a direct line to the person writing the code. At the end you have evidence to take to your leadership rather than a vendor's case study about someone else.
Keep it or walk
Your first twelve months are already paid for in the fee, and renewal is locked at that rate for three years. If it did not work, you take your data and we part on good terms.
Your records, your control.
These products hold the evidence your operation will be judged on. That shapes every decision about where the data lives and who can reach it.
- Deployment choice — cloud, private cloud, or fully on-premise inside your own network, with the same feature set either way.
- Data ownership — your records are yours. Full export on request, on schedule, or on exit, in open formats.
- Access control — role-based permissions, SSO and SCIM at Enterprise, and a complete log of who read or changed each record.
- Retention and legal hold — configurable retention schedules with hold capability, so records survive as long as counsel needs them to.
- No training on your data — nothing in your environment is used to train any shared or external model, on any tier, ever.
See it running on your own operation.
Tell us the site, the shift pattern, and the problem that keeps coming back. We will show you the product handling it — with your scenario, not a canned demo.
