◆ Clearline Protocol Software
Available nowFive apps, running today, for one-location businesses.

Software for the shops on your street.

One app per kind of business. Each does one job well, costs a flat monthly price, and runs the day you get your key.

No app store, no six-week setup, no consultant. You sign in with a link in your email, your staff get in with a key you hand them, and your customers never make an account. Built in Houston by the same people who build Clearline’s industrial software — with the same rule that the database, not the web page, is what keeps things correct.

Getting started

From “tell us about the shop” to live in an afternoon.

There is no onboarding call you have to survive. There is a short form, a setup we do for you, and a key.

01

Tell us about the business

Name, city, what you sell or do, and what goes wrong today. The form below takes three minutes.

02

We set it up as you

Your hours, your menu or services or products, your pickup times or booking rules. You send it in plain words; we do the data entry. Send your logo and it goes on the app, in your colour — your name is what customers see, not ours.

03

You get a key and a poster

Sign in with a link in your email, enter the key once, and you are the owner. Hand a second key to staff; revoke it the day they leave. With it comes a printable QR poster: a big code for customers to scan and a small staff code for signing in.

04

Customers use it that day

The poster by the register, a link on your Instagram, a line in your voicemail. They scan, it opens, no app to download and nothing to sign up for.

Straight answers

The questions every owner asks first.

If yours is not here, the form at the bottom reaches a person, and the person replies.

What does it cost?

One flat monthly price per business, no contract, cancel by email. We publish the number when you tell us about the shop, because it depends on which app and how many locations — not on how the sales call went.

How do card payments work?

Where an app takes payment, it goes through Stripe under your own Stripe account, at Stripe’s standard rate. Every app also runs without card payments — pay at the counter, pay on pickup, invoice — so you can start today and switch cards on later.

Who owns the data?

You do. Your customers, orders, clients and stock are yours; ask and you get them as a spreadsheet. Ask and they are deleted. There is no mailing list and nothing is resold.

What if a member of staff leaves?

Revoke their key from the owner screen. Their sign-in stops working in the same minute. Nothing they saw goes with them, because nothing was ever on their phone.

What happens when something breaks?

You email or text the person who built it. There is no ticket portal. Every app is watched around the clock, and the parts that must not fail — slots, stock, bookings, money — are enforced in the database, not in the screen you tap.

Can I see it working first?

Yes — every app has a live demo on this page, with a sample business already loaded. Click around. Nobody is notified and nothing is saved.

Get set up

Tell us about your business.

Three minutes. A person reads it and replies within two working days with a price and the next step. No sequence, no newsletter.

Got it.

Your details are in. You will hear back within two working days at the address you gave us. If it is urgent, email sales@clearlineprotocol.com directly.

Plain words are fine. This is the part we actually read.

We reply to every one. No sequences, no newsletter, no reselling your details. If you would rather just email, sales@clearlineprotocol.com reaches the same person.
